At KLF Living, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to error or a defective item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@klfliving.com, and we will make it right.
